EP2

The EP2 Chassis:

- EP1, EP2 and EP3 are the chassis codes for the Honda Civic Hatchback.
- The EP2 is the middle weight with the D-series engine.
- Many aftermarket parts available for the EP3 can also fit the EP2 Chassis.

Bodykits

Many of the Bodykits available for the UKDM EP3 (TypeR) will go on the EP2 as well.

Lighting

The Head Lights are the same on all UK EP's (01-03)

Morette has some Quad Lights

Suspension

The springs and shocks from the EP3 will not go straight on the EP1 and EP2. The EP3 is heavier due to the bigger K-Series engine and this means the spring rate is wrong for the EP2.

Wheels

The EP1 and EP2 both have a 4 bolt wheel hub like the USDM EP3 (Si). The UKDM and JDM EP3 (TypeR) both have 5 bolt hubs.

Brakes

Again the bolt pattern comes into play, the TypeR brakes wont fit. Some aftermarket disks and pads around.
