Hey guys i went to see this film last week and thought it was the best of the 3 so far. Has anyone else seen it yet?

I'd say , judging by the ending that there looks like there could be a 4th.

Just wondered how many others have saw it and what do you think?

Yeah i saw it last wednesday... its a great film to see in the cinema cause of the special effects and all but, as expected the story line is more of an afterthought!

There are bits which are comedic for the wrong reasons... like Bow-Wow's car ... and why do they need guest appearances from rappers anyway? First Luda, then Ja now Bow-Wow .... my moneys' on The Game next!

The end was a nice surprize.... but i won't ruin it for those of you who are planning to see it! Im sure they'll keep pumping-out fast & furious films like the NFS: Underground series of games because that were the big bucks are at the moment.

Its a good film, unless ur bored of the theme.... definitly more enjoyable in the cinema though.

Sorry didn't mean to write so much... got carried away!

I disagree! Sorry guys! I loved the cars.. all 3 or so of them! But the story line could be a lot better!

SPOILER! I'n this rant I expose the storyline, so if you haven't yet seen the movie, DON't READ!!!

What I disliked the most about the storyline wasn't how drifting was the in thing, I liked that, makes it different from the rest, and is partially true, as it was the Japanese who invented drifting Smiley but the whole 'America is the best' idea. Please! Some American high school drop out comes to Tokyo where they have guys (and girls) who have beed drifting for YEARS trying to perfect it, this American learns how to drift in a week and is the best the world has EVER seen! Beats the BEST drifter in Tokyo and gets the girl. WTF?! He even WINS a mountain drift in an American muscle car! HOW?! I know you can tune it to be able to drift, but against the best drifter in a drift spec 350Z?! No way! Not even in his wet dreams! He didn't even sound kool, had a stupid Texan accent or somethin.. sounded like a right hick!
The best movie was the first one. Drivin in a straight line! They should stick to what they do best! If Tokyo drift was about Japanese drifters racin to be the best, that would have rocked! Why do Americans ALWAYS have to ruin movies by makin themselves out to be the best?! Ruined a perfectly good movie there!

As for Need for Speed.. Wicked games! An they are releasing a NEW game! Need for Speed: Carbon. Inspired by Tokyo Drift!

Yeh i agree the story line was a bit obvious and predictable BUT i still seemed to enjoy it. I honestly went to see it expecting it to be like the first 2 but i was suprised in a way.

i give it 6/10.

You were BANNED by your gf?! That's harsh.. You should be ashamed of yourself! How old are you? 5?! How can your girlfriend ban you from seein a movie? If she doesn't want to see it, then go with some mates. In return, you should ban her from shopping Cheesy
