how to remove door panel

right lads passenger speaker gone dodgy so usin this chance to change both front speakers only prob how how do i get the door pannel off.

i'm at work so forgive the lack of pictures mate.  

1.  Use a alan key to remove the silver bit of your interior door handle, there is a hole in the back side of the handle that you should be able to fit somthing into to pop the panel off.
2. once off, remove all of the screws i think there's above 8 in total.
3. remove the electric windows panel and diconnect from wires (this should just slide out), as well as the door handle.
4. You then need a flat head screwdriver and wrap some maskingtape or somthing to protect it, and use this to gently prize the plastic from the door matel, there are 2 gaps at the botom of the door and this is a good place to start,  this does require some force but try not to be to harsh so you dont ruin your door  if memorie serves there are about 5 "plugs" you need release from the door so it is released.
5. when the door panel is loose then lift it up and pull away from the door and it should come out pritty easily.

Everyone feel free to add bits i may have forgot.

It seems my rear passenger door window may have come loose a little bit.  It drops down fast when rolling it down and it wont roll all the way up unless I push it up with my hands.    The door panels look like they just snap in at the top, are they like that all around? What are the steps to removing the interior door panel?

Edit: found a thread with some info in it pertaining on this.   I wonder if this would be better left to a shop :P
