Mate, there was like 40 posts of Spam last night. After deleting half of them and then the twat reposted, I was like `fukk it, Elf can sort it out tomorrow...`  :lol:

I can recommend some positions...if you have the twin 2" pipes then either of these is satisfactory...just make sure the car hasn`t been running for a while. You may wish to put a pair of socks over yourself so you get some friction going.
Me personally I don`t have that problem, and I opted for the 6 x 4 oval exit  Cool
Elfman recommends squatting up and down on the gearknob but that`s not really my thing  :lol:
