Well im trying to get everything sorted on the car by the end of the month. Because i keep saying things and not doing them so im making it so i get it all done.

Well. I have some vibe components from about 2 and half year ago hardly used so im fitting them into the civic.(anything is better than standard)

Well anyway. if fitted the tweeters into the honda mounts using hot glue gun which works wonders. they are not going anywhere now.

Anyway. they came with some mounts but i dont need them and have thought about using them over the honda mounts to hide the gap (mess up on one of them).

do i or dont i.

Without ^^^ (you can see the mess up on the left one)

With the metal "surround" ^^^

Not too sure. it will hide the cock ups but dunno. What you think?

i have fli components front and rear and the front flush mounts fit very nicely into the tweeter mounts, with a little persuasion.

the silveryness soon grows and looks easy on the eye!

Are the clips that hold the main bracket as weak as the oem panel? mine have broken several times when i attempt to take it off.  when i was tinting the windows and fitting the speakers.  ended up gluing the clips back on.
