Is there any difference between the accord pentas and the civic penta alloys ?

Ive been offered some accord Pentas but the guys says they need 225 45 17 tyres. do civics just have a 215 45 17 tyre on the same alloys or are they slightly different sizes ?

I believe its as long its a Facelifted car(5 stud fitment)
