How does lowering affect the warranty of the car?

Im under the impression that if the fault is your modification then Honda wont touch it otherwise the rest of the warranty is fine.

Correct?

Yes totaly correct, say your engine blew and under warrenty honda have to replace it, your springs wernt the cause of that malfunction and should not be make your claim voided.

They are after market modifications designed for the car, so should never cause any problems with, steering, weight, suspension etc.(Aslong as you go for a respecable company eibach, tein, etc)

If you are worried that honda would be funny then you could always, give them a ring and let them know of what your doing, thatway they coudnt riggle out of anything. My cars out of warrenty now so im no too much bothered about what honda think.

i think its also down to the dealers descretion for a bit of it.
it should be as above but some will try and claim that it voids all.

i had that problem with the punto, they claimed my warranty was void because i had springs on it and the handbrake snapped :?  Cheesy
