welcome mate,

when i had my replica type r rear spoiler fitted, honda took out the high level brake light as the spoiler has one, but if honda don't fit it then they might not do that unless you specifically ask.

i got a sport badge for my front grille as well, just been waiting for some good weather to fit it, hopefully tomorrow.

Went down to arnold clark to see about getting the paint on the bonnet looked at and the rattling window. I've got to take the car to east kilbride in Glasgow to an official Honda dealer - the closest one to me that has an actual bodyshop on site :cry:  (it's quite far). The windows defo under warranty but I have to allow the bonnet to be looked at by the Honda guys who fill out a report and send it off to Honda before any work can be done. According to the Guys at A/C the damage was caused by the wrap on the car when it's delivered. They tried to buff it off and I must admit - it helped a lot but there is still a faint line or 2 - you would hardly notice it so I'm not sure if I'll pursue it - I might get the report done though and perhaps take it from there. It's the principle more than anything else - i.e. a new car should be PERFECT!! inside and out.

another thing - I got £5200 for the 1.4 I traded in (see pics on p.1) - the %$£"****~ are selling it for £6395! I knew they'd make a profit but didn't think they'd want that much for it! hope it goes to a good home.

To be honest mate, id get everything perfect like you said! Its a brand new car! Also, if its going to be in for any length of time, demand a curtousy (sp?) car!

To be honest - I think the price for my civic was pretty similar to the guide prices. It was a 1.4 october 2004 model with 28k on the clock - can't believe I did that mileage in one yr! :?
