hey yal civic ppz, or yoha, anyway seriosuly im in a bit of a pickle an would like all your knowledge/experience/wiseness

ive got all the basics done to my milano ep2 an currently waiting for my gunmetal torques to arrive, an then order my carbon bonnet, but...

my next install i want to help the cars engine a lil bit, squeeze a bitta power out of it, my idea is i hav 2 options,

option 1- jperformance mani, high flow cat, an custom exhaust roughly £650ish
option 2- get a mani, an then a buddyclub probs a prospec exhaust,

any opinions or other avenues you guys think let me know budget is £650-700ish.

any opinions on the pro spec welcome too, dont want the loudness of the spec 3.

options options plz help guys, let me know the gains im guessing option 1 gonna give me most bhp an pull.
