Which Pads and Discs + Brake Fluid.. ?

aup lads, hoping you can help me and point me in right direction here...
thinking of upgrading my brake pads.. but i thought, while i was at it and the wheel is off (even though it only takes 2 mins to get off anyway..) i thought about changing the discs too...

half of me thinks just to get EBC Greenstuff pads all round (and leave it at that),
half of me thinks to get some uprated discs and pads and (thinking about EBC Grooved discs and Greenstuff pads)
the other half of me is considering Type R set-up. (but didn't know how much this would be for all 4 discs etc..)

if any can recommend what they have done or what they know is good, then feel free too let me know  !!

and also, what about brake fluid as there wouldn't be much point doing some of the above without replacing the brake fluid ?

IMO mate greenstuff pads all the way round we dont have enough power to really start changing /upgrading discs, but thats just me each to there own

im going to sound like a right thick tw*t but what does IMO mean  ? been dying to know for ages...

and yeh thats what i thought about the brakes but i just want too know i'm safe as my mate ran a bloke over about a year ago and i don't want to be in the same situation as him (lost his licence for 6 months + £1200 fine!!) so basically, i would want to be able to stop as soon as .. plus i will be looking at upgrading the performance to my car in the future...

maybe even a Tyre R engine but highly unlikely..

i would be tempted to upgrade the discs and pads, i wouldn't bother with a type r setup, i think our brakes are better than most cars with similar weight/power

yeh i think the brakes are mint.. but i suppose they could be better if they get uprated 
any idea's what brake set-up you'd recommend or .. ?
i did think the Type R setup was abit extreme, but it sounds good

WELL  ...
since lowering my car last weekend (this might just be coincidence) i've started to have a high pitch grinding noise when i turn left or sometimes when im driving in a straight line.. so i've just been to the garage to have a visual brake check thingy-ma-doo and they shown me where the pad has been rubbing on the back drivers disc - he said "you are meant to have a lip on the edge of the disc and you can see where the pad has been rubbing it down as its all shiny" )
he recommended i got new pads and discs all round in the very near future which i can see his point as the front pads are getting low too !

i just need to get some as soon as so me and my car feel safer but the money situation isn't letting me get a fancy set so i guess i'm just going to have to get some standard 1s but i haven't got a clue where from unless i got to Honda (in which case i would probably be able to afford uprated discs and pads with there prices!!)

so if any1 can tell me or show me where to get some standard discs and pads from, for a whole set that would be minttttt

id try ebay mate chances are someones got some for sale. get some green stuff pads too they'll add a bit of stopping power alone

The setup i have is quite good, have type r calipers, power slotted discs(from funkypower) and greenstuff pads much better stopping power
