The Thursday will be open for clubs who want to get there early and set up. Thursday will be an all ticket affair.

Anyone who wishes to help set up stand on the Thursday MUST HAVE A TICKET to make it easier for us JAE to manage and for them to forecast how many people will be arriving early. The entry price is the same regardless of whether you stay for four days or just one day. You will be allowed to enter and leave the site at any time during the event. So the prices per person are as follows:
ADULT ADVANCED TICKET £20 (booked through car clubs)
CHILDREN UNDER 14: NO FEE (as long as accompanied by an adult)
TICKETS ON THE GATE £25
If you are wanting to come on the clubstand there will be a fee of £10 (for the whole event) PER CAR. So if you have 2 people in your car it will only cost you £5 each.
This price will cover the cost of the stand area, camping area, Generator & marquee hire and also a barbeque for the Saturday night and also help the club to grow
Dogs are allowed in the park, as long as they are kept on their leads at all times and you clean up after them

PLEASE NOTE (TAKEN FROM JAE SITE) : Whilst we accept this may be inconvenient for some people we hope you understand the reasons why we are doing this and accept it is for very good reason. To confirm, drinking glasses wont be allowed nor will beer bottles and wine bottles. However spirit bottles will be allowed but these must be disposed of aproporiately. In addition no spirit bottles may left laying around on any club stand.
