ok I've had this changed now under the honda happiness scheme but I cant see what has changed under the bonnet. I thought the belt was the belt you see on the right hand side of our engines?

It was jus the timing/cam belt change that was done..had a yr 1 service last month before driving down South..
quieter as  in the idling or driving? maybe it is actually..when I'm driving all I can hear is the obx manifold's note hehe
gonna go back in a few days 2 collect me jazz washer jets so will as em what was changed exactly..probably cant show me as the had 2 take the nsf wheel off 4 some reason..

i would of thought there would be a diffrence in noise in the engine bay..
and i mean when its idling you would hear it clear due to your exhaust and manifold noises being created like ya said  Cheesy
well in you saying that they had to take the wheel off, this to me indicates that it would be the belt to the left of the engine. they may of took your wheel off to get to it easier.. ?

ok..went back to Honda..the timing/cam belt was changed and cannot be seen as its under the cover on the right hand side of the engine..the belt that you see on the right is the alternator belt..

oh yeh collected me jazz washer jets Cheesy but havent fitted em yet tho..shitty weather Sad
