Slight hesitancy/misfire on throttle lift off
«

I have noticed a slight hesitency/misfire occasionally on a trailing/lift off throttle mainly when I'm in 2nd gear, I thought it was the supermarket petrol, so put some shell V power in and some forte gas treatment but it doesn't seem to solve the problem, however I think I read somewhere that's it's not an actual fault but something to do with the VTEC valve timing going on/off cam
Has anyone else come across this?
