Looking at getting an induction kit but don't won't to pay a fortune.  Any suggestions as to what is the best one to get K&N, Pipercross, Viper?

Also after I get an induction kit will aim to get a cat back exhaust system.  Suggestions please again looking for best value for money.
Or are there any replacment backboxes out there that give noticeable power gains as a short-term and cheaper option?
