i am looking to lower my car on standard wheels 15! wat springs do u recomend and will type r lowering springs fit?

Don't want to be an arse, but this has to be said; why not read the previous threads first? There had been loadsa threads discussing about different brands of springs that would fit our car and the possibility/impossibility of fitting CTR springs.
