\r\n            印度手机市场猖狂膨胀,吸引的不仅仅是赵志新，手机多功能定位监听卡,包括山寨机厂家在内的整个中国手机军团都疯狂涌向印度市场淘金.
\r\n            或者恰是基于此,6月17日，手机监听卡软件下载,印度对外商业总局局长公然对表面示,将对入口手机进行更加严厉的品质限度,但凡没有IMEI码(俗称"机身码")的手机都不得在印度销售.
\r\n            血腥的价钱战
\r\n            "今年以来,中国山寨手机对印度手机市场冲击很大."上周末才刚从印度回国的康佳通信海外营销部总经理范东华对CBN记者表示.
\r\n            "机身码都不的手机,个别都是很小的山寨机厂家出品的."赵志新表现,申请IMEI码其实是免费的,只是有些山寨手机厂家不晓得,或者为了费事而没有申请.因而,赵志新以为,这一印度政府的决议对中国手机军团在印度的销量不会有太大影响.
\r\n            "良多山寨机厂家都是赚快钱,做的是一种短期行动,所以咱们必需保持."范东华指出,有些厂家为了下降成本和售价,甚至在手机充电器本钱上做文章.
\r\n            中国手机在印度市场上的特色是,新品上市速度快,手机产品功能多,价格只有诺基亚等国际品牌的一半或者更低.
\r\n            天宇朗通GSM事业部总经理卢伟冰表示,天宇在印度的策略就是,用低端机与山寨机血拼价格,通过中高端手机赚取公道利润.
\r\n            卢伟冰还说,现在中国手机在印度市场近几个月的销量比重已占到了30%~40%左右.而天语手机从今年开端,每月在印度的销量也飙升到50万部左右.

\r\n            事实上,中国山寨手机厂家在印度市场的疯狂,除了是因为中国手机市场疲软,大家须要海外市场新的利润增长点的原因外,更多的仍是来自于印度农村手机市场疾速启动.这也与中国手机市场2005年、2006年的情形有些相同.
\r\n            赵志新指出,当初印度手机花费者已经从城市渗入渗出到乡村,有数据预计,印度手机用户浸透率将从2008年的30.14%增长到2009年的44%.目前印度总人口约11.7亿,这象征到今年底，华禹通信总经理赵志新指出,印度手机用户可能会增加到5亿.
\r\n            受金融风暴的影响,印度手机市场的销量主要是来自于35美元以下的低端手机,大家在价格和功效上都拼得异样激烈.
\r\n            其剧烈水平让耕耘印度手机市场已经3年的康佳通讯也觉得十分吃力.范东华流露,去年康佳手机在印度出口了200多万部,占康佳海外出口比重到达三分之二.只管印度手机今年正处于暴发性增长期,但康佳手机今年在印度的销量目的也仅仅进步到300万部左右.
\r\n            因为恶劣的价格战,中兴手机今年的增长重心已经从往年的印度市场转移到中国市场和欧美市场,负责中兴手机海外业务的中兴通讯手机系统副总经理熊辉6月初也对CBN记者表示.

\r\n            这也是中国手机军团簇拥般进入印度的主要起因,而包含山寨手机厂家在内的中国手机军团之所以可能迅速开辟印度手机市场的另一个原因,就是印度手机渠道格局.
\r\n            赵志新泄漏,目前印度手机市场渠道分为两种,一种是运营商渠道,一种是社会渠道,其中社会渠道以手机独立店为主,而大型手机连锁零售和网络销售还没有构成气象.
\r\n            "经营商渠道仅占印度手机市场三成左右,剩下的都是社会渠道商,任何一个山寨厂家在印度找好一个或多少个社会渠道商,就能翻开一个市场."赵志新指出,除了复兴跟华为,中国手机军团重要就集中在这一个区域,逐渐侵蚀国际大厂的市场份额.

China honors heroes, models helping found New China, inspiri
BEIJING, Sept.  14 (Xinhua) -- China on Monday paid tribute to 100 heroes and models who made outstanding contributions to the founding of New China and 100 others who have inspired the nation in the past six decades.   Top Chinese leaders including President Hu Jintao met with representatives of the heroes and models and relatives of the deceased ones who were here to attend a symposium honoring them.

 Li said the process itself was also a patriotic lesson for officials and the general public. 
 The activity, launched in May, attracted about 100 million people to cast votes, sources with the organizer of the activity said.  And the 200 heroes were finally picked out from 300 candidates. 
 "The heroes, despite their differences in historical time and post, share many things in common, such as loyalty to the country, love for the people and selfless devotion," Li said. 
 These were spiritual treasures formed in the great history of Chinese revolution,abercrombie, construction and reform led by the Party, he said. 
 Li called on the whole nation to learn from these heroes and pass down their moving stories and lofty spirit to generations to come. 
 "Their noble spirit should be a lasting inspiration for the people to make new achievements," said Liu Yunshan, head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, who presided over the symposium. 
 Delegates like Li Yazhong, a descendent of Li Dazhao (1888-1927), one of the main founders of the CPC, and Zhang Yunquan, an official with the Bureau for Letters and Calls in eastern Jiangsu Province, gave speeches at the symposium.
