Allo Allo,

Vtec Indicator is fitted (and everything else, pics to follow) and I have
noticed that 1st of all, hot dam it is bright on the neon blue!!!  :shock:
and also it is coming on at anywhere from 2700-3000 RPM. Unless I
am lucky and have a lower VTEC point (I doubt it) anyone know why this
is?

Thats where your vtec point is.

SOHC Vtec's are about 2-3k

DOHC Vtec are 5800 iirc (or around there)

Thanks for replies, it is just that I read that someone else has it at it fires up at around 3800, which tbh I do feel a bit more of a pull.... :?

DIY is it? or you asked someone ot do it? Coz Ive been trying to have mine done but am no good at all with wires.

Our v-tecs aren't really v-tec you know... It doesn't run on a higher cam profile with v-tec(more lift and longer duration). The ep2 on the other hand just like some other sohc "v-tecs", just only uses 12valves untill our "v-tec" activation...then it uses all its 16valves...

yeah, we also have something called vtec2. sorta a halfway house between regular vtec and ivtec. it engages vtec according to the engine pressure and how quickly you hammer the throttle as well as on the revs. its supposed to hel efficiency and also give you more power when it thinks that you are going to want it!  :twisted:

The prime minister of Somalia's beleaguered interim government is urging the United Nations Security Council to act swiftly in lifting a 14-year-old arms embargo on Somalia, so that armed peacekeepers can be deployed to check the advance of radical Islamists.  The prime minister's comments come in the wake of Sunday's takeover of the strategic port of Kismayo by Islamic forces.   
Accusing Islamic extremists in Mogadishu of inviting foreign fighters to carry out the country's first-ever suicide attack in Baidoa last Monday, Mr.  Gedi says the United Nations Security Council must act now and counter the Islamists' threat by paving the way for the deployment of a nearly 8,000-strong regional east African peacekeeping force.  He also says the United Nations should end its arms embargo so government forces can meet the Islamic threat.
"They all must be unanimous to lift the arms embargo on Somalia in order to prepare and re-establish our national security forces, train them and equip them in order for them to protect Somali soil, the government and the people of Somalia,christian louboutin uk," added Mr.  Gedi.
Somali Prime Minister Ali Mohamed Gedi was in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi Monday, telling officials and reporters here that his country is in the grip of a radical Islamic movement,christian louboutin, led by terrorists with links to al-Qaida.
The tense standoff between the Islamists and the transitional government has fueled fears that the conflict could turn into a wider regional war.

"
Several thousand angry locals poured out into the streets and rioted for several hours, throwing stones, burning tires,air jordan, and shouting, "We do not want the Islamic courts. " A 13 year-old boy was reportedly killed and several others wounded when Islamic militiamen opened fire on a crowd.

In Mogadishu, officials with the Supreme Islamic Council of Somalia,supra shoes, who deny having terrorist ties, reiterated their opposition to the peacekeeping proposal.  Late Sunday,franklin marshall, the Islamic militia took over the strategic southern port of Kismayo, in part to prevent the port from being used as a landing base for peacekeepers.
