　　此外，罗广还表示，重庆OTC市场的建设，还将对我国西南乃至整个西部地区产生深远的影响力和辐射力，带动区域资本市场和相关产业的长足发展。
 
　　据罗广介绍，本月初重庆市政府已正式发文批准成立“重庆股份转让中心”，该中心为重庆市金融办直属事业单位，具有培育、推荐企业到代办股份转让系统挂牌交易、为企业提供股权登记、托管和转让服务等职能。该中心筹备小组由重庆市委常委、常务副市长黄奇帆任组长，由金融办、重庆证监局和西南证券（600369行情,爱股,资金）抽调骨干人员组成。
